NUNAVUT Caribou
Barren ground Caribou in Nunavut, Canada
Our outfitting partner has been working with our Inuit Guides expanding into new hunt locations for Central Canada Barren Ground Caribou and Barren Ground Muskox.
You can choose to pursue either species on its own or together in a combination hunt.
The timing of these hunts occur during early and peak Caribou migration periods while the Muskox are found year-round throughout the region.
THE HUNTING
The areas our partners operate in are at the crossroads of several caribou herds that either migrate great distances to below the tree line to tundra wintering caribou that remain year-round above the tree line.
Our All-Inclusive Hunt packages are offered with no more than four hunters per week with access to a vast area. Set in a spectacular tundra environment scattered with lakes and streams, you will marvel at the beauty and wildlife throughout this game-rich region.
The Inuit Guides have an acute knowledge of the areas hunted, allowing for excellent opportunities on stalking Caribou and Muskox bulls with either bow or rifle.
